Nothing but bad experiences Didn’t own this car for more than a day before having issues. Has a bad battery... (that they replaced) a bad starter... ( they finally have part to) ... and oh... the best part? Put a STOLEN dealer plate on the car causing me to get pulled over and the vehicle impounded. I’ve begged and pleaded to get out of this loan because it is a horrible relationship and I can not trust their word or service....and the sales manager John (?)just told me .... it’s not that he can’t help me... he’s refusing to. So their is a way.... but he said he wasn’t obligated to. Forget being the RIGHT thing to do... but because he doesn’t have to do it... then he insists on making me suffer that much more. More

Job well done and on time Service was fine. Not pleased to hear that my tires, battery, keys contract is no longer valid. I was told by Ryan that a letter went out but I never Service was fine. And that was 2 months ago.” I also sent Matt an emai, as he helped me with my 5 purchases over the years and have not heard from him either. I think this obligation should be honored. More
