Never Again responded

I reached out plenty of times and ultimately your dealership is unwilling to make good on the ongoing issue. Therefore, there is nothing further to discuss I feel the vehicle was sold with secrets and quite frankly I feel it to be dangerous. We will take it to a Chevy dealership with the information we have and hope for the best. I will chalk this up to lesson learned and where NOT to refer people to purchase a vehicle. All I have left is a story to tell

Received a call back. Apparently, if it's not a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram, you should look elsewhere when the car has almost immediate issues. The good news is while the world shut down, they were available through COVID. That's on me as I waited to make the 5th phone call to the service department. Lesson learned.

He has not tried to reach out to me so do not lie. I always have to call and leave messages to wait for a response, which takes hours by the way. I have spots i can clearly see seals ripped up and when i tell them all of this they disregard it and do nothing by just saying they moved seals and it works great now
