I dealt with Ray and Kevin who ended up getting me into a new Jeep Compass for a lower monthly payment then I had in mind for a us pre owned vehicle. The intrest rate changed, monthly payment changed, and I was told I had to purchase gap insurance. Gap is optional. The vehicle was never cleaned or detailed. 2 weeks before the temporary registration was about to expire and we had not received anything from the state, my wife called Scranton Dodge, she was told there was a problem and we would have to come in to sign more papers. They didnot know why they didnot contact us with the problem they just didn't. With 2 days till the end of the month we received a call from Scranton Dodge that we needed to come in to sign more papers. This is when I called the owner and told him I didnot feel they did anything in this transaction to deserve any money off of my wife and I because of how badly we we treated. After 3 time to do the paperwork correctly and they still got the address wrong then lied about the procedure. The resolution I offered to Dave Pompey was to bill me for any mileage we put on the car, and since it still wasn't registered to me they could just take the car back, we would just move on. They refused to even look into that solution instead offered to remove the gap insurance and clean the car for us. At that point I warned him of the fact I was going to post bad reveiws of the dealership and he accused me off blackmail to get my way. I would not recomend this dealership to anyone. More
