Well, I hate to see when we blatantly goof things up and not make them right. After reading this post we've changed our process so that Wholesaled Cars are tagged and flagged so everyone knows they are off the lot. Hopefully this will never occur again. We won't make excuses, but take the date into account with this post. We were in the midst of the Chrysler Bankruptcy and Chrysler was denying every Sprinter Warranty Claim we submitted but telling customers "Don't worry - we'll pay for those out of warranty repairs". Our staff should NEVER treat anyone rudely and this matter was seriously discussed and dealt with. Give us another opportunity to earn your trust - we'll deliver - we promise.
