This is my second time visiting Scranton Dodge, and I left both times disappointed. The first time the salesman wouldn't talk about pricing and the trade in value, he played the numbers game, what he can left both times disappointed. The first time the salesman wouldn't talk about pricing and the trade in value, he played the numbers game, what he can get the monthly payment to be. Plus, he kept leaving to get approval for every decision from the so-called sales manager. We left after 40 minutes of this xx. The second visit, a few years later the salesman wouldn't budge on the price and gave a lowball trade in value because he keyed in a low condition for the trade in vehicle. There was no reasoning with him and no willingness to negotiate on his end. The used car was clean but over sticker price according to Cars.com and carsguru.com. Again, it was a waste of time. Wouldn't recommend, save yourself time and frustration and shop around in the Poconos, Bethlehem or Allentown. We did and we saved $6,000. More
