A fully satisfying experience. My truck was serviced as expected in a reasonable amount of time. The service manager on duty at the time took care of my concerns with a previously replaced defective part w expected in a reasonable amount of time. zero repair care I took my car to be repaired but nothing was done after a five day stay there. I called & called but only received one call back in the entire time. I spoke more to her answering machine with no update. I sent e-mails and received only one or two replies that I recalled. Finally I had enough and I went and got my car. I understand that they are busy but that is not the way to treat your customer. The funny thing is someone referred me there and I was excited that I could take my car to that location to get it fix. Excessive time required Car was brought in for standard oil change/tire rotation. The appointment had a scheduled time but was brought in early. Starting the clock at the scheduled appointment time, it took 1.5 hours before I finally went in to get the paper work and my keys. The car had actually been finished 20 minutes earlier as that is when I saw it sitting outside waiting for me. The last time I had the same service performed, it also took over an hour. This is completely too long to change the oil, rotate tires and perform a walk around. More

Unsatisfied After many years of trusting Don Mallon service, we have had nothing but difficulty.
