Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich responded

Ms. Spruill, We are all very sorry the financial hardship COVID 19 has put on your life. We all have family, friends and coworkers that are dealing with difficult situations due to this unprecedented time we live in. As we look to keep our employees and customers safe we have implemented new procedures here at the dealership to clean vehicles before a technician gets in it and when he is done so our customers are safe. This does add a lot of time to each service. As you know we are also working reduced hours with a small staff to keep people from working too close to each other. This will also add time to service visits. You are 100% correct we are taking to long and not providing our normal level of service. I hope you and everyone else can understand that we have to keep everyone safe. Hopefully we can all return to a normal life very soon.
