Detailing was so much better than I expected. The service department is ok. It's not terrible but ok. Sometimes they can't "recreate the problem" so they'll call you in to show them the problem. When a car is glitchy it's hard to recreate a problem wh Sometimes they can't "recreate the problem" so they'll call you in to show them the problem. When a car is glitchy it's hard to recreate a problem when it's electrical. I've had more electrical issues with my 2018 traverse than I did with my 2013 traverse. I've had issues with the android auto connecting and it's caused my whole screen to black out. Mind you, the screen controls EVERYTHING, the radio, the AC, the phone... now I'm having issues with "shift to park" and the car continues to think it's on when it's off. It's annoying because I can't lock the doors with the button outside the car handle and it keeps dinging inside and the radio won't shut off. Now that they had it for diagnostic again for the second time, and this time they couldn't recreate it, so I got it back and now it's not doing it (of course). The last time it did it they changed a part and gouged up my center console but once I mentioned it they're good about fixing their mistake. The service person we often deal with is very direct, to the point and not very warm or welcoming. She makes me feel like she's just there to do her job and nothing more, she's a bit offputting. The shuttle driver is probably my favorite person in service. He's very kind, courteous and friendly. I've seen him help customers with the coffee machine in the waiting room when he's seen them struggling with it. He really is kindhearted and genuine. More
