Friendly and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I liked the video about my brake pads and tires. I do wish they had checked my cabin air filter. When I looked I needed a new one. Had pads/rotors replaced on the 24th. Excessive brake noise, did not feel believed when I described the issue. Came back on the 30th, took three hours to determine pads were defective. Was told pads/roto noise, did not feel believed when I described the issue. Came back on the 30th, took three hours to determine pads were defective. Was told pads/rotors would be replaced, but no pads available - give it a week. It has now been two weeks, no follow up calls. New rotors now no longer new. All the rest was fine, polite staff, prompt appointment, etc. More

Cost in my option was ver high for an oil and filter change only at $70.14. Also took an hour and 20 minutes for what should be a simple process. When I seen my car sitting out side I questioned if it w change only at $70.14. Also took an hour and 20 minutes for what should be a simple process. Over priced and slow2 hours for a LOF no tire rotation, Over priced and slow 2 hours for a LOF no tire rotation, I never received an Multi-Point Inspection (MPI), I’ve been to 2 other GM Dealers in Eastern Over priced and slow 2 hours for a LOF no tire rotation, I never received an Multi-Point Inspection (MPI), I’ve been to 2 other GM Dealers in Eastern CT both where helluva lot better. I have a warranty, and I’ve never had to pay for a LOF Scranton over charges by so much that I had to pay $36 on top of what my warranty pays since there is a cap that I’ve never come close to reaching until now. The Technician did not top off all fluids. More

It was my 4th time having my 2018 GMC serviced at Scranton Chevrolet and they did a fantastic job all 4 times. The managers and technicians are very friendly and accommodating. This is the second time I’ve had to bring in the vehicle since I purchased from this dealer. On this occasion, they could not find why my coolant was leaking however they did put a dye into the tank but now since I purchased from this dealer. On this occasion, they could not find why my coolant was leaking however they did put a dye into the tank but now I’ll need to continue checking the coolant levels and bring it back when it begins to noticeably start leaking again. Slightly frustrated that a 5 year old vehicle at $30k is consistently giving me issues. I will say though that the staff was friendly and the appointment was timely. More
