Well they had my new truck for two months scratched it trying to fix it wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with my truck I couldn’t go to it they put the motor parts on my seats also damaged my liner in my t trying to fix it wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with my truck I couldn’t go to it they put the motor parts on my seats also damaged my liner in my truck after a mo th and a half they gave me a vehicle for a week almost two weeks but all in all. Terrible service terrible dealership to keep your vehicle safe it’s been a few days and no call from the dealership on the damages they did to my vehicle (scratches,rip in the viser, tar on the side of the truck plus my rims More
I made an appointment. Dropped off car the night before and it was completed the next day. I dropped off my car at 8:30am. I didn't get a call when it would be ready for pick up. I called them around 4pm to see if they were done with my car. They said they called my husba I didn't get a call when it would be ready for pick up. I called them around 4pm to see if they were done with my car. They said they called my husband to tell him the details of their findings. I then called my husband to see if they did call him and they didn't. They blatantly lied to me which I truly do NOT appreciate. I insisted that they send someone to pick me up since I had no car and no one to bring me to the dealership and I needed my car to take my children to school the next morning. They sent a mechanic out to get me and when I got to the service dept, everyone had left for the day. I was pretty livid because I had just talked to them and they told me they would be there to check my vehicle out. I had a sales guy help me get my car from the service dept. Their service dept is unorganized and no one seems to communicate well with the customers or each other for that matter. There are 2 or 3 people in the dept that are knowledgeable and efficient but everyone else, not so much. More
