They fixed my break issues which was great and covered under warranty. However while they had my vehicle I asked for a tire rotation and oil change. I was going camping and when i went to start my truck, 2018 silverado, the starter wouldn’t work. My $650 camping reservation was paid and non refundable. I am very dissatisfied with service from Scranton. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and had to wait 5.5 hours to get work done, but it was never completed. The outer front tires were bald I recently brought my vehicle in for service and had to wait 5.5 hours to get work done, but it was never completed. The outer front tires were bald because apparently the front was way out of alignment. I had to pay for alignment despite the fact that i just recently bought this vehicle. The dealer informed me that these tires were discontinued. I went to Town Fair Tire to get them, and they cost me $600. Regarding the driver's seat, the service department did not fix the problem i was complaining about. They ordered a new seat. They were not sure if the warranty covers this seat, or if i have to pay for it. In the meantime I'm still waiting for the seat to come in. Again, no one told me this service call would take 5.5 hrs. Frustrating! More
