Repair department sucks! The sales department is great Mike G helped us get into the car we wanted. As for the repair shop they over filled my oil and now are trying to cover The sales department is great Mike G helped us get into the car we wanted. As for the repair shop they over filled my oil and now are trying to cover there xxxxx because my car is now broke. White smoke coming out the back and was told I needed a new battery when my car was fine before they worked on it. Never again will I go there repair shop. They are very rude and Disrespectful. Bad customer service. Never called to keep us updated on our car. Anytime we ask a question they seem to get all pissy. We have the right to ask questions. So done with this place. More

Since I have had non stop problems with my Jeep since I bought it about a month ago, I called Tuesday Morning to see if I could have the safety checkl Since I have had non stop problems with my Jeep since I bought it about a month ago, I called Tuesday Morning to see if I could have the safety checklist sent to me via email. This process took until 9am Tuesday morning with multiple phone calls and emails later, to 9am Wednesday morning. Liz finally texted me saying: "I received your message Alyssa. Jeff was unaware that I was informed by my general manager today to let Wally, the service manager handle sending over the safety check and I was under the impression that was done. First thing in the morning Jeff will make sure that gets sent over." OKAY.. so that message comes after I had spoken with Jeff who said "I think the form is on her desk, she had to get it from the service manager." So today, I finally received the email with a Safety Check List I had never seen before. Guess who sent it? LIZ. But I just though the GM told Liz to let Wally handle this? More
