60K service I brought my truck in for 60K servicing, oil change and tire rotation. I am planning on a long road trip next month and wanted to be sure everything I brought my truck in for 60K servicing, oil change and tire rotation. I am planning on a long road trip next month and wanted to be sure everything was in good shape. I made an on-line appointment, was taken in as soon as I got there, and the service people worked on my truck for 6.5 hours. They found a small leak in my high pressure power steering line that i had repaired. They went over my truck from bumper to bumper. I feel confident that I should have no problems on my trip. The dealer service rebates helped as this became an expensive servicing, and the service person pointed out to me some mail in rebates that I can apply for, so that will help to off set some of the cost. I am retired, and on a fixed income so I want to keep my truck for as long as possible. The service I get here leaves me feeling confident that they are looking out for me so I can keep my truck on the road.. More

I understand they’re a busy place, but I feel like I should of had priority because I took time to make an appointment. Extremely impressed. This is actually the third oil change I’ve gotten at this dealership. I put roughly 700 miles on my vehicle in one week, so I tend to get oil changes This is actually the third oil change I’ve gotten at this dealership. I put roughly 700 miles on my vehicle in one week, so I tend to get oil changes more often than your average person. That being said, I am terrible at making plans so I always end up just driving right through the service doors at random times. And each time, I am treated with smiles and pleasant attitudes. Though unscheduled, I am never turned away and I am always helped quickly. The turn around time is great. Tammy is great, always a cheery bubbly person and she always keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle. This was the first time I requested a video and I am not disappointed. Josh was very professional and I have to say I am very impressed. Like I said, I do a lot of miles in a short time so I had concerns about the conditions of my breaks and tires, but Josh was able to reassure me, through the video that they were still good and even made some recommendations based on their status’. I like that in the video he made for me, he made sure to clearly show the tools he used and described them as he used them. I felt I learned something new with his video! Definitely coming back. More
