Went to pick up the car found out my bank put scranton motors on check so had to come back next day when i went there to pick up everyone was in a meeting Waited about 45 minutes then to find out a coup motors on check so had to come back next day when i went there to pick up everyone was in a meeting Waited about 45 minutes then to find out a couple of things they were supposed to fix was not so had to wait till Monday to receive the car . Had a recent very satisfying experience at this dealership. My service representative (Meaghan) and the Service Manager (Kevin) always treated me with kindness and respect and continually kept me dealership. My service representative (Meaghan) and the Service Manager (Kevin) always treated me with kindness and respect and continually kept me informed regarding any updates to the job as it progressed. The work the dealership had to do was a fairly complicated transmission job which took a few days to complete because of a technical issue that kept the transmission from performing properly. But they worked with engineers at GM and were ultimately able to resolve the issue and get the car running normally again. What really impressed me was when the engine light came on a couple days later, they told me to bring the car right in so they could see what was wrong. Even though they diagnosed issues that were unrelated to the transmission job, they fixed them anyway as part of the original job warranty, and did it while I waited, in spite of not having an actual appointment. Considering everything that was done, I would highly recommend this dealership for repairs. And you can't beat the fact that they guarantee the repairs with a 2 yr/24,000 warranty. BTW, also deserving a kudo is the person who cashed me out. She was super nice and worked with me to make sure I was getting all the credit due me via coupons and the MyChevy Reward program. All around, a very satisfying repair experience. More
