Since the car has info on oil level, which I use to decide when to get an oil change, I checked it when I got home and it read only 18%. I used the manual instruction on how to reset to 100%, hoping that this was forgotten by your staff and not accurate-which would have meant that no oil was added during this service. More

Oil change I stopped by to see if I could schedule an oil change appointment and was told because of the snow storm there were a lot of call outs, meeting people I stopped by to see if I could schedule an oil change appointment and was told because of the snow storm there were a lot of call outs, meeting people called in to cancel this service appointments. Young lady at the service counter said that they could squeeze me in right then and there what would take a little longer than normal. She said about 15 minutes. It took 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires on my car a little longer than I had expected but the job was done. I appreciated them getting me in and getting the job done right then and there. More

Like always 5 star service I had to bring in my 2016 Camaro for a TSB service issue and Tammy the Service managers kept me informed via multiple phone calls on when they were go I had to bring in my 2016 Camaro for a TSB service issue and Tammy the Service managers kept me informed via multiple phone calls on when they were going to receive the specialized tool and fluid needed. When the work was completed I was meet by her assistant and she took care of me making sure all of my concerns and questions were promptly answere. Thank you. I have zero complaints.. and I will return again for service and/or car sales (and recommend your establishment to others). It was an over all great experience. She went above & beyond of what I expected. I'm very pleased and satisfied with everything. Sarah deserves a raise/promotion & every benefit your company has to offer. She deserves it.
