Car was Brought to dealership for oil change and tire rotatio Awful Service really Brings to Truth that Dealerships are a Bunch if Snake oil Salesman. Car was Brought to dealership for oil change and tire rotation. Picked car up had Previously marked the tires It was Documented in Recipe that rotation was Done. Called 5 separate times to rectify the situation. Once I got in contact with some one was told to bring the car back and they would do the tire rotation. Which then forced me to drive an extra 45 miles and get a ride because of there mistake. After the rotation was supposedly completed the 2nd time went out side to get the car and Again was LIED TO the tires were again Not Rotated. As Again I had the tires marked. They then rotated the tires on the spot as I watched to make sure it was done. Was told to Bring the car back and they would detail it for me as a form of repayment for the inconvenience. I did bring it in and what ever was done was far from detailed as the rims were Never Cleaned car was never waxed or the inside wasn’t Shampooed or even whipped done as I still had my kids Footprints on the back of the seats. At this Point I would Pay any friends or Family to never Go to that Slimy excuse of a shop. I have already tried to reach out to Chevy and contacted the Better Buisness Burrow. More
Poor quality work Ordered rain guards from accessory Dept for my XT-5 Cadillac. Brought vehicle in for installation but then told product was damaged. Had to reorder an Ordered rain guards from accessory Dept for my XT-5 Cadillac. Brought vehicle in for installation but then told product was damaged. Had to reorder and wait a few months for second delivery to arrive. Never received a call. I had to call to ask if new guards arrived. Also had pointed out at 1st appt tiny bump/problem w/paint on hood of vehicle and asked if Simonize warranty covered this repair. Was told no but they would order paint w/guards and buff it out. After several months guards finally arrived and were installed. (Never received a call from service to say they arrived. I had to call again to inquire if they arrived) after installation I was informed not to open/close windows for 3 days. Noticed scratches above rear window (that didn’t exist prior to installation) and immediately pointed them out to Manager, who said they would buff scratches out when they buff out the small spot on the hood. Followed instructions on guards and left vehicle garaged and windows untouched, but after four days all 4 guards came flying off and broke after 1st try on opening/closing windows clearly indicating guards were improperly installed. Brought all 4 broken guards back and left w/service. Was told they would credit my charge card, but realized they failed to do so after getting my billing statement several weeks later. Walked into service to explain I was never credited. Manager complied after I gave him my credit card. Seized the moment to ask about the paint that was supposed to be ordered and scratches they agreed to buff out. Was told paint was never ordered and then scheduled an appt the following week to bring the vehicle (paint would arrive by then). Brought vehicle in as scheduled, ledt all day (from 9:00am-3:30pm). Had to call to inquire if vehicle was ready and told no work was ever done because paint was wrong color. When picking up vehicle was also told no appt is really needed and to just bring the vehicle in any day, any time and then (unbelievably) was told they were leaving the white paint inside the vehicle on the center armrest. Brought vehicle back the very next day. Left vehicle again from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Tried calling to ask if the vehicle was ready for pick up but no answer. Had a friend bring me directly to dealership only to see my vehicle parked in the lot, ready for pick up but no courtesy call to let me know this. Icing on the cake is the job they did on buffing out and applying the paint to the tiny mark on the hood of the vehicle looks like absolute xxxx! Looks way worse than before I brought it in for service. Absolutely disappointed!!!!! More

Sarah had great customer service I have had 2 cars from Scranton and have used them for my service on car. Sarah had great customer service and always went above and beyond to help me I have had 2 cars from Scranton and have used them for my service on car. They saved me! My car was litterally putting uphill & i called them last minute on sat beforw they closed & spoke with Tammy. She was my angel! She found me a loaner car last minute so i could get back & forth from work. Come to find out i needed my pistons replaced [over 4,000$ repair] they got covered under warranty! Thank you so much to Tammy, Sarah & the techs who fixed my car. More
Oil Change The drain plug was possibly damaged on the last oil change they did. Service manager said they did not do it. Had to replace the oil pan. $800.
