Scranton has been the Chevy dealership I have solely used for my 2 vehicles since February 2020. Except after being told that I was waiting too long in the "waiting" room I will not be returning. The only place I bring my vehicles for repairs and service. When my transmission went bad at 100,000 miles, I did not even shop around. Was not happy. ..Had to wait over an hr, cause u did not have anyone there that could give me a ride home, while my car was being serviced, which was less than 1/2 m ..Had to wait over an hr, cause u did not have anyone there that could give me a ride home, while my car was being serviced, which was less than 1/2 mile up the road.....!!!!!.....when I had my Nissen serviced, they always drove me home, and picked me up, when my car was ready...More than once....!!!!!!!!!!!!
