We are sorry that you feel we didn't do our best to resolve your situation, but your concerns were escalated to our service director and general manager who personally presented you with three different, viable resolutions to your situation and it was your choice to take your vehicle elsewhere. It is certainly your prerogative to take your vehicle anywhere you choose, but we did act in good faith and tried to avoid you needing to go somewhere else. That being said, we are very happy to hear that you ultimately got the help you needed and that your vehicle is up and running well again.
