Mr. Mitchell, We apologize that our stage two charge wasn't fully operational during your visit and we that we were unable to charge it fully in the amount of time that you were here. Regarding the issue with the hitch, the service advisor originally thought you were looking to have the just the bike attachment removed, which would have been no charge. Removing the entire hitch was a bigger job, which is the reason for the cost. We would be happy to still honor the discount you were offered for the removal if you choose to have it done. Please accept our sincere apologies for all the frustration you experienced and if there is anything you would like to discuss further, please let us know. Thank you for the feedback.
