I visited Scottsdale Mitsubishi and purchased my car from DJ Mitsubishi - if I could give 0 ⭐️ I would! Go anywhere else in the valley, but here. I visited Scottsdale Mitsubishi and purchased my car from DJ back in November 2024, and had a positive experience. So when my partner was looking to trade in his vehicle and purchase something new I recommend Scottsdale Mitsubishi. We returned on May 31 to purchase a new vehicle, we were expecting a similar level of service. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. We were told the vehicle’s warranty would transfer, which played a major role in our decision to proceed with the purchase. After making a $3,000 down payment, we later discovered from the finance team that this was not the case. It felt like a bait and switch. The entire experience took about seven hours, causing my partner to miss out on valuable family time that was incredibly important for us. The process of getting our down payment refunded was another frustrating ordeal. We were given the runaround for days and didn’t get our funds back until four days later. DJ, whom, according to the desk agent, wasn't available to assist me this time, so she paired us with Roosevelt whom she lied and said helped DJ on my previous purchase but that is a lie from the pit of xxxx. We will not be returning to Scottsdale Mitsubishi for any future purchases, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before visiting. This experience was a reminder that service and communication are everything when making such an important investment. More
I purchased a car April 2 2025 (interstate purchase) and am still waiting for the dealership to send the original title. After literally dozens of calls, emails and texts i am still waiting. This is the very last step in completing the purchasing process and critical to me being able to register the car in my state. its June 3 (62 days!). I will update this review once this is resolved. Where to begin, I purchased a vehicle on president's day 2025, And have been dealing with nothing but issues. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, the dealership and I had agreed on a "We Owe" due to a cracke 2025, And have been dealing with nothing but issues. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, the dealership and I had agreed on a "We Owe" due to a cracked driver side view mirror. No issue there. A week later I was going through the functions on the cluster and came across "Oil Life" which said 18%. I thought they might have just forgot to reset the oil life. I checked the oil, not the case. Not only was the oil not changed, the air and cabin air filter were filthy. I called to schedule a service and get my mirror fixed. They couldn't schedule me until they "Inspected" the mirror. Dealership wanted me to just take my vehicle and drop it off for who knows how long because they couldn't tell me until after inspection how long it would take to receive and put on. (They took pictures of it when we agreed on the We Owe) I called several time to schedule service Constant runaround stating we dont have any loaners. I ended up going weeks after on a monday. I was told it would take 4 days for the maintenance and mirror. Called on Friday and spoke to sales manager Charles and asked what the status of the vehicle was. He told me he would call me back once he found out. This was not the first or second time he never returned a call. This was also after he threatened to bill me for a dealer plate they LEFT in my vehicle. I didn't even have my vehicle to give it back to them! Turns out they sent it to another dealership to get a front collision sensor worked on. I called on Monday the following week and they til me the vehicle was ready. I asked the salesman Bryant Cliff to verify EVERYTHING was completed before I take off from work for no reason. Never got a follow up. Tuesday I called the service dept and asked if everything was complete on the vehicle. They told me yes. Left work and got to the dealership only to find out NOTHING was done. Only the FC sensor (which I didn't even take in for). Left my vehicle again. Currently still at the dealership until who knows when. Contacted General Manager and no response. The absolute worst service I've ever received. To top things off. It took the dealer 2.5 months to SUBMIT plates to MVD. Still have paper tags. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
BUYER BEWARE This dealership sold me a car with a navigation system that caused the cars throttle to accelerate out of control and my husband burnt the clutch up trying to stop it. They now are not willing to do anything to resolve the issue denying their negligence. Their sales manager, Jacob, was rude and refused to give me the name of his boss. We put every last dime we had on this car and now, a month later, cannot afford the repairs so we have no car and are out almost 8k cash. Their warranty they sell you telling you the car is covered from, "head to toe", is a joke and covers nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
I wish I could give negative stars: I purchased a 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography Sport from Scottsdale Mitsubishi on 12Feb25. I purchased this vehicle from out of state; I was sent videos of in Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography Sport from Scottsdale Mitsubishi on 12Feb25. I purchased this vehicle from out of state; I was sent videos of interior and exterior. At the time of purchase, I was told that someone would call me to schedule shipment of the vehicle. When I was given the price of shipping it was double what I had originally been told. When I asked the finance person why, they told me that the car was being shipped in a covered vehicle which incurred additional cost, it did not arrive on a covered vehicle. As part of the purchase, I purchased multiple warranties including a ceramic coat on the exterior and windows and was told this would take a few days to complete. After the vehicle was purchased, I requested almost daily an update on when the vehicle would be delivered. It was not delivered until the late evening of 26Feb25, with no updates from the dealership. Once delivered at 9PM on a weeknight, it had not even enough gas for me to get it home from the delivery location. Immediately upon driving the vehicle the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership with no response to calls, texts or emails. I reached out repeatedly to acquire the warranty documentation on the warranties I had purchased. It was not until I threatened to get the law involved that these documents were even provided to me. I received these documents on 27Mar25. Now the vehicle has been at Land Rover/Range rover dealership, trying to be repaired. The following issues have been determined so far: failed fuel pump driver module, failed secondary battery, GFCI fault in charging electrical inlet module and control module update (this one repair requires the update of 5 other systems), plus the vehicle was delivered while in need of a transmission service. It is completely unbelievable to me that the dealership did not know about these issues in the vehicle, as the vehicle was delivered with a check engine light immediately coming on. One issue is covered by purchased warranties. To add, the Land Rover Dealership that is now fixing the vehicle, was able to pull past and current alerts on the vehicle, and these are not new. More
