DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from this dealership. I live out of state and agreed with the salesperson Kyle that he would provide photos/video of th !! I purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from this dealership. I live out of state and agreed with the salesperson Kyle that he would provide photos/video of the car. And while I chose not to make the 1000 mile trip to see the car in person (my mistake….), I was told/shown repeatedly the car was in “perfect” condition and that any issues had been resolved by their body shop. Dealer even markets on their website to out of state buyers. After finalizing the deal and arranging delivery, the vehicle arrived in terrible condition. It had not even been cleaned as I found nail glue tubes and make-up brushes in the glove box. There was a large burn mark in the carpet area of back seat, the wheels originally had road rash and I was told/shown that they had been completely refinished. Wrong again only to find out from the sale manager, Loyd who shared that they just have them touched up.. Frankly I could have done a better job with a can of spray paint as there was overspray down the lower rocker. So now I will take the off and have them professional powder coated which is what was supposed to have happened. I also have a new windshield installed that is throwing error code when again I was told “Everything is working correctly” even after specifically asking them to verify it. It took them two weeks and multiple messages to even get them to send me the sale documents I signed. I was told by Kyle repeatedly, “we will take care of any issues when you get the car….”. Well I have now been told there is nothing they can/will do, it is my responsibility with “as is”. I have had several great experiences with other dealers buying cars remotely but AVOID this dealership at all costs. I guess now I will see if the vehicle title arrives. More

I don't have any way to drive since you took my trade and didn't give me the car I purchased in full, so what am I supposed to do? I have just had a car delivered from here this morning. They picked it up and they're taking it to Tahoe. I booked the Transport yesterday and it was $875 so I don't know what your problem is but it's not a problem that needs to be happening if you would like to go ahead and refund the delivery charges for the vehicle up here I will organize it myself. More
First class experience! Caleb was an amazing salesman! Being from out of state he was very attentive and was able to send me pictures/videos of the cars I was interested in. Once I settled on the car, it was smooth as glass! Flew in, Caleb grabbed me from the airport and took me to see my new car! The dealership is amazingly clean, friendly has an amazing coffee machine (seriously, go get some coffee there!). Juan in finance is the man for the job! He took me through the paperwork fast but thorough. Caleb checked in on me several times after purchase to make sure I was still happy and of course I was! Go see Caleb and you won’t regret it! More

I regret everything and I want to throw up every time I get in my car to drive. They ruined my experience of becoming a new grandma because it was more important to them that I clear a fraud alert. They would not stop texting or calling us and the dialogue became quite abusive on their end. Peter demanded I drive the 9 hours immediately to return the car and this was all while my grandson was being born. I will leave tbese reviews daily until they finally acknowledge and someone finds a nut to call or email me. Let me save you from an awful experience! More

I visited Scottsdale Mitsubishi and purchased my car from DJ Mitsubishi - if I could give 0 ⭐️ I would! Go anywhere else in the valley, but here. I visited Scottsdale Mitsubishi and purchased my car from DJ back in November 2024, and had a positive experience. So when my partner was looking to trade in his vehicle and purchase something new I recommend Scottsdale Mitsubishi. We returned on May 31 to purchase a new vehicle, we were expecting a similar level of service. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed. We were told the vehicle’s warranty would transfer, which played a major role in our decision to proceed with the purchase. After making a $3,000 down payment, we later discovered from the finance team that this was not the case. It felt like a bait and switch. The entire experience took about seven hours, causing my partner to miss out on valuable family time that was incredibly important for us. The process of getting our down payment refunded was another frustrating ordeal. We were given the runaround for days and didn’t get our funds back until four days later. DJ, whom, according to the desk agent, wasn't available to assist me this time, so she paired us with Roosevelt whom she lied and said helped DJ on my previous purchase but that is a lie from the pit of xxxx. We will not be returning to Scottsdale Mitsubishi for any future purchases, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before visiting. This experience was a reminder that service and communication are everything when making such an important investment. More
I purchased a car April 2 2025 (interstate purchase) and am still waiting for the dealership to send the original title. After literally dozens of calls, emails and texts i am still waiting. This is the very last step in completing the purchasing process and critical to me being able to register the car in my state. its June 3 (62 days!). I will update this review once this is resolved.
