I bought the car online via eBay Motors, and it being an out-of-state purchase on top of an online purchase, I was understandably a bit nervous. Chad and Jay were super at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. No hard sell from them and they were very responsive with any questions I had. They took care of all the details and walked me through the entire procedure for getting the car inspected, shipped, and registered in my home state. They were very friendly and accommodating and did everything possible to make sure I was happy throughout my purchase. I even requested extra options on top (a clear bra treatment), and it was done flawlessly for a fair price. I've definitely become a fan of their customer service and would happily refer anyone thinking of buying from Scottsdale Ferrari. In fact, I would certainly include them in my shopping for all my future Ferrari and Maserati needs. Gary did a very accurate job and based on his description,I decided to see the car for myself.Gary picked me up @ the airport, in the 911,and then spent plenty of time on a test drive with me.I was happy to see the car was just as Gary had described it and I felt that their was no high pressure sales pitch and that the price we agreed upon was very fair given all factors regarding the car. After agreeing to the terms of the purchase,Jay Wardell handled the rest of the transaction,including arranging for the shipping.This was all done via email,telephone, bankwire and fedex.I felt that the entire transaction went very smoothly and was handled in a very professional,yet friendly manner. In summary,I am very pleased with service I received and the way I treated by these two gentlemen.I would definitly do business with them again and not hesitate to recommend Scottsdale Ferrari to my friends and associates.
