He was very laid back but still very helpful and responsive at the same time. There was no pressure whatsoever during the entire buying experience. Everybody at Scott VW was very accommodating with my purchase as I was buying from out of state and had some difficulties getting down there to pick up the vehicle. Dealing w/ Dennis and Darren was like playing a quick game of table-tennis via the internet; they served up their price, I counter-served, end of game, set and match. Being from out-of-state, when I came to pick up the car, it was just as advertised and Dennis and Darren couldn’t be more accommodating. No fuss, no muss, no heavy buying pressure, and no surprises!
