We had a great salesman Our salesman was Kevin Turner. He was great he knew every car off the top of his head and was able to point us in the right direction. Also when we came back three days after purchasing a vehicle with a blown break light the service center was closed so he himself drove to pep boys got the part and replaced himself for no charge. I had narrowed the van down to two one from Scott Select and another in Victor NY. The difference was the integrity and straightforward communication. Dan Zinc gave me the vehicle history and even looked up info on the other van for me. He was honest enough to tell me the Sienna from the NY dealership looked to be an excellent deal and unsure why they had it priced 2,000 under market value. His honesty and integrity helped make my decision. We already like the odyssey a little better, but that helped us make the decision. He responded quicker than the other dealer did about their van! We’re veru happy with our choice and highly recommend Scott Selext in west Chester PA. Ask to see Dan Zinc! More

Worst Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! Went to Scott Select to purchase a used Honda. Was there for 5 hours. Went to my bank for financing because they were dishonest about what my credit Went to Scott Select to purchase a used Honda. Was there for 5 hours. Went to my bank for financing because they were dishonest about what my credit score was (said it wasn't over 700 so that's why the interest was high). Bank confirmed it was over 700. After picking up check for the car from my bank and taking out an insurance policy, I thought all I had to do was sign the papers. I walked out of the dealership to see the vehicle I was purchasing was damaged (about $3k worth of undercarriage damage). No one took accountability for the damage. It happened while they were moving the vehicle on the lot, almost positive since we circled the car about 30 times prior. Manager offered $500 off the price off the vehicle and said it couldn't be repaired as it was labor intensive. Someone had to of noticed the large dent/scratch prior and no one said a word. I'm glad I didn't purchase from them. Their process were good but overall felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me and wasted hours of my time. Very dishonest. Also the sales person was noticeable disgruntled about the outside financing as opposed to through the dealership. Worst experience ever! Never have been so stressed! More
