Our salesperson Omar allowed me to feel relaxed as he answered questions my wife and I had. He allowed the car to sell itself instead of him trying to sell the car. Our time there made us go home with our new car purchase feeling secure and confident our money was well spent. My wife expressed to Omar her experience with this dealer salesperson as the best she has had when purchasing a car.. Good job Omar! More

Disappointed Purchase a car there about 3 months ago, it seemed like a good deal. On the test drive it appeared to drive fine and the salesman was very nice and he Purchase a car there about 3 months ago, it seemed like a good deal. It was a used car so it came with a 30 day limited warranty which made me feel better about buying there over privately. The fist time it was cold I noticed I did not have heat. The heat would occasionally work but most days didn't so I called them, but was told it was not covered, which I sort of understood and figured I would have it taken care of at some point. It turns out the issue was the thermostat hanging open, which is complete assembly that is not as simple to replace as they were in the past. This issue should have been covered by the warranty I believe but due to not knowing the cause at the time it was not. Then the week the warranty ran out the car began shifting wired. A transmission service was done but the issue still existed to the point where the car would randomly go into limp mode. The issue actually appears to be happening do to a faulty solenoid which will require the valve body to be rebuilt, which will be done in the future since I do not have the funds for it at the moment. In addition to that the car would hesitate to start slightly some mornings and shutter a little when started everyday. I was not concerned initially and assumed a tuneup was needed. Last week an oil light appeared on the dash for low oil and when check it was low by over a quart. It was checked a couple times after purchasing the car and was completely full (even a little on the high side). The engine is dry underneath and the shuttering appears to be getting worse. It appears to be burning a bit ofoil (just over a quart over approx 2500 miles). Now 2 days ago the gps stopped functioning and will no longer display the map on the screen (just didn't launch one day when the car was turned on). If this was the only issue I wouldn't care that much but it is just yet another issue to add to the list. The car is nice but I could have purchased others with similar mileage and around the same price privately but felt better since they at least stood behind it somewhat . I don't mind little things but when I don't have heat when its in the teens outside, when car wont shift properly and bucks violently when trying to get onto a highway and it burns more oil than my old truck with over 250k miles on the original motor it makes me more than a little frustrated. I understand some of these issues may have not been known but find it hard to believe that when it was looked over by their techs and that nothing stood out surprises me. I would rather not mention the salesmen since I didn't have any complaints. More

Firstly I've bought a LOT of things in my life but this was my very first time buying a Brand New Car and EVEN THO I WAS ON THE USED CAR LOT the staff had NO PROBLEMS OR HESITATIONS HELPING TO GET ME INTO A BRAND NEW CAR. The team at Scott Select is so far above average I cannot possibly rave about them enough. Josh Carey exudes excellence as Management of a top notch team. Eric Trembicki was BEYOND patient and calming for me , who can be an extra neurotic nut! I didn't even think I would be able to get approved for ANYTHING let alone a brand new car. I left there in a 2019 Honda Accord and while it was a HUGE commitment which significantly added to my monthly bills...I honestly and genuinely COULD NOT BE HAPPIER ABOUT MY PURCHASE. I haven't stopped smiling from ear to ear and I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS...SERVICE UPGRADES ANYTHING...SCOTT SELECT And Scott Honda is THEE ONLY PLACE FOR ME! More

Dan was a pleasure to speak with from start to finish, we never felt pressured and he was just an over all nice easy going guy. We liked the Honda Odyssey and Dan himself owns one as well so it was nice to have another owner of that vehicle to speak with about the in’s and out’s. My husband wanted to get this vehicle for me at Christmas time but the timing just didn’t work out. Dan was nice enough to put a big green bow on it when we came outside to take our vehicle home.
