During my buying process of the vehicle Kevin stayed with me throughout the process including bringing my old vehicle to the front office next to the new vehicle in order to move my belongings over. Even after the completion of buying the vehicle I received a call from Kevin checking to see if everything was ok and working order with the new car. I test drove a handful of Pilots and he was as patient on the last one as he was on the first one. He answered any questions I had and if he didn't know the answer he would find it out for me. When someone sees the Pilot or rides in it they ask where I got it and I tell them and I make sure I give them Kevin's name because he mad the experience so easy. I am a single mother working with a budget and Kevin worked it out for me. More
