I had a pretty difficult experience with this purchase. The salesperson Nick was very good and responded quickly to texts. He creatively dealt with an issue that I had when picking up the car. Anthony seemed ok during the financing process though did not respond to questions I had afterwards. The BIG problem was getting us our tags. I called Nick and Anthony about my tags SEVERAL times. Anthony did not respond to me. Nick picked up the phone but no progress was made. I finally escalated to Josh who connected me to Lydia who was very good and responsive and got it done (about two months overdue). Apparently she inherited a mess. It appears there were problems in the title? dept and this impacted me greatly. More
