I asked the sales guy Randy Lee about honoring the website and giving us the warranty and he said no and pretty much dismissed us. I asked him if he could go speak to the manager and he said no. I would not shop here for a car! I just emailed the manager waiting to see if I will get a response. More

Horrible Customer Service and very dishonest Bought a new 2019 Honda Accord from this dealership thru Costco Auto Program. The sales person Brett Wright who sold me the car is very dishonest. 1) Bought a new 2019 Honda Accord from this dealership thru Costco Auto Program. The sales person Brett Wright who sold me the car is very dishonest. 1) He did not show me the Costco price sheet and try to sell me a inflated dealer install protection package. 2) He promise to check the Turecar price and give me the lowest of two, which he never did. The Turcar price turn out to be hundred of dollar less than Costco price and he did not tell me. 3) He told me that if I pay cash he would give me a $750 discount and when I pay cash for the car, the discount never applied. Then he sold me a high mileage new car and when I ask if I can get a different car, he told me that he will not bend over his back to look for another car for me since he gave me such a great deal which he did not. Worst of all, the new car he sold me had under carriage damages ans scratches. Must been abused by people who test drove the car. When I discovered the issue he said 30% of cars in the lot has the same problem and refuse to performed some of the repair. When I had the car in for damaged repair, the dealership did a touch up repair which looks horrible. So I would not recommended shopping at this dealership unless you want to get rip off and feel depress after buying a new car. Stay away from this dealership. More

Our Honda has been in their service department 6 times in less than a year for a serious acceleration problem. Their last attempt to fix the car, they put 1,100 miles on it, kept it for a month and told us it was the brake light bulb. Which is not the case because we are still expecting the same problem. THE VECHILE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THE CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT! They are incompetent and unprofessional. I climbed their chain of command and the General Sales Manager offered to buy it back for $15,000, when we paid $28,000 and we didn’t even have it that long. Got American Honda,, Involed, they agreed it was a lemon, offerered to buy it back, only to later refuse saying our American Certified Honda was not Pre-certified . We attempted many times to obtain a copy of the cert to no avail. They sent us a cease and desist letter from their attorney. We have attempted to get the certificate from Scott Robinson Attorney now for over six months now a he will not respond. As of now, we are stuck with a lemon they sold us. This vehicle is DANGEROUS and nearly killed us and other’s. They don’t care! Additionally they will lie, cheat and steal to sell a car. The most unprofessional and rudest staff ever! The owner is a crook, too and will never respond to any inquiries. SCOTT ROBINSON IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! More

They appreciated my home work and didn't try to steer me in higher sales pitch. They also gave me Honda Financing, which is great deal. They exceeded my expectations and i bought my first ever Plug In-Hybrid. One of the best car i have ever bought. The people who were involved all the way from front desk to finance department, they were very courteous, diligent and professional. Working at the car dealership can be strenuous and demanding. The people working at the dealership reflects the value of management and ownership. I can proudly say that, this dealership is Good Old American Dealership which gives you pleasant car buying experience. Thanks! More

Ripping off Customers Don’t trust these guys. Twice I’ve taken my new car here and twice they charged for a tire rotation they didn’t perform. When I confronted them and to Don’t trust these guys. When I confronted them and told them I marked the tire to check if they actually did the rotation, they refunded my money. I also have a video camera in my car and the mechanic turned off the camera. If there was a negative score, that’s what I would give them. I also don’t trust that they performed the oil and transmission change I paid for but I cannot prove this because they turned off my camera in the car. Bunch of crooks! More
