I have got my Honda serviced at a few Honda dealerships in the past, I recently had my car serviced at Scott Robinson and had a pleasant experience. Upon arriving, staff (Enrique) was courteous and attentive. He specifically told me what my car was missing and the services that would be helpful for my car. I also loved the fact that I did not have to wait for a long time before my car was ready. I usually take a book with me to read while I wait but in this case the service provided was keeping my attention away from the book. Usually at other dealerships the staffs do not even check up on their customers to make sure their waiting time is pleasant. However, at Scott Robinson Honda everyone that would walk passed me would smile and ask if there was anything I needed. Customer Service was excellent. The staffs were friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining what future services my car may need. I even got a car wash which was excellent. My time was well spent at the dealership and I know that I will be coming back again for future Services. I even told my dad how great the people are there and to tell his friends that if they are looking for great service or even thinking about buying a new car, this is the place to go. We recently purchased a new Pilot and the entire experience has been terrific. The sales process was smooth and the service dept has been extremely friendly/helpful. The service waiting room does not feel very good. I think they need to remodel it. If I will have services other than oil change, I definitely will not wish to stay there. lol.
