Lyle is a very customer oriented employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty when tending to customers. Nikos was VERY helpful. I've been to other car dealers (Toyota, Honda, Carmax etc...) and the majority of cars sales people (not all of them) either lied, did not want to offer deals (Carmax has great dea (Toyota, Honda, Carmax etc...) and the majority of cars sales people (not all of them) either lied, did not want to offer deals (Carmax has great deals but Scott Robinson will work with you) or was too pushy, but NOT Nikos he was honest, gave me a GREAT deal, very friendly, answered all my questions, very kind to my daughter who is 6 (she loves to ask many questions) and he was NOT pushy at ALL... I brought my car late at night and I'm pretty sure we were all tired (Including me) but everyone kept a smile. After I brought the car, Nikos showed me how everything worked on my car (even before I purchased it). He also filled the car up with gas and set all my settings for me. I went into Scott Robinson dealership just "to look" at cars. Stuart Lipschitz came over to help me. He asked me some key questions, listened carefully to my answers and found me the perfect car. During our original conversation I mentioned my previous experiences with other dealership, and that I didn't want to be "held hostage" for hours during the buying process. Stuart was a man of his word. He promised he would make any transactions quick, and he did. I drove away with my new/used car in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone, AND especially Stuart Lipschitz who was the greatest salesperson I've had to deal with. More
I took my Odessey in for a small repair. Lyle not only I took my Odessey in for a small repair. Lyle not only took care of it but he called me and informed me that there are two open recalls on the car ann if i could give hima little time he could take care of those as well. Lyle has been taking care of me and my car's needsd for the the past three years that I have owned my Honday. He is a pleasure to work with. More

I called Sherry two days ago and was fortunate to get an early morning time slot on Thursday for a recall on my Element. I was set up with Fadi Awed in service and he was wonderful. I will continue to work with them in the near future when I return to buy a new Honda. Their expertise is so valued. I explained to Sherry that Thursday is the best day for me at this time because it is a holiday. I work with Special Need children and wouldn't be able to come in until Christmas break. Not only did she get me in but it was early and I got out early. Very professional. Fadi was also professional and knowledgeable. He called me right away and said my battery needed to be replaced. He was pleasant, polite, friendly and did everything possible to accommodate us and make our experience a very positive one. I have bought several cars at Scott Robinson. This young man is the best agent I have ever had. Keep up the good work. I will certainly recommend your agency to friends and relatives.
