Nikos was VERY helpful. I've been to other car dealers (Toyota, Honda, Carmax etc...) and the majority of cars sales people (not all of them) either lied, did not want to offer deals (Carmax has great dea (Toyota, Honda, Carmax etc...) and the majority of cars sales people (not all of them) either lied, did not want to offer deals (Carmax has great deals but Scott Robinson will work with you) or was too pushy, but NOT Nikos he was honest, gave me a GREAT deal, very friendly, answered all my questions, very kind to my daughter who is 6 (she loves to ask many questions) and he was NOT pushy at ALL... I brought my car late at night and I'm pretty sure we were all tired (Including me) but everyone kept a smile. After I brought the car, Nikos showed me how everything worked on my car (even before I purchased it). He also filled the car up with gas and set all my settings for me. Stuart was a man of his word. He promised he would make any transactions quick, and he did. I drove away with my new/used car in less than 2 hours. I called Sherry two days ago and was fortunate to get an early morning time slot on Thursday for a recall on my Element. I was set up with Fadi Awed in service and he was wonderful. I explained to Sherry that Thursday is the best day for me at this time because it is a holiday. I work with Special Need children and wouldn't be able to come in until Christmas break. Not only did she get me in but it was early and I got out early. Very professional. Fadi was also professional and knowledgeable. He called me right away and said my battery needed to be replaced.
