This was my first time buying a new car and was kind of scared. Nikos Enfiedjian and everyone at Scott Robinson Honda were very nice. They made you feel right at home. Nikos was not pushy at all!!! We live 2hours away from the dealer so called in to get numbers for the purchase before making the long trip, and to our surprise we actually got the numbers we were quoted over the phone! If you go ask for Sebastan, I promise you won't regret it! The only thing I would have to say was that the floor mats, do not look like the ones for our 2008 pilot they look alot older and are a different color the the flooring. But that has nothing to do with Sebastan, he was great still :) More
My first visit to Scott Robison Honda was on Monday, May 23rd, 2011 and I met with Tamer M as a referral from one of our bankers at Wells Fargo. My mom and I told Tamer we were on a budget, but we needed a 23rd, 2011 and I met with Tamer M as a referral from one of our bankers at Wells Fargo. My mom and I told Tamer we were on a budget, but we needed a new car as soon as possible. Tamer ran a credit check for my mom and saw that it was not in good condition. We told him we had a trade in and an additional $2000. The week went on and Tamer called us with information about the VRRRM project. Although the project did not work out, Tamer still talked to his managers and the financial department to help get us a good deal. On Friday, May 27th, Tamer told us about the Memorial Day Weekend Sale. I was not sure we could get the car, still however. On Saturday, May 28th, Tamer called with excellent news -- he had a deal for us at a price we could afford! My mom and I went down to Scott Robinson Honda and leased a brand new 2012 Civic that we will turn into a buy. Tamer brought down the price to our affordablitly and even lowered it a little more with the manager standing right in front of us. Tamer is an amazing sales man and he literally will bend over backwards to make sure you're in a car you want at a price you can afford. Everyone at Scott Robinson Honda is friendly and ready to help! Everyone congratulated me as I walked out to my new car. I absolutely love Scott Robinson Honda and Tamer! They are the best :) More
I bought a new Element today and traded my old one (2004) in at Scott Robinson. Tamer Mansour and Chris Carlson were very helpful and I got in and out of the dealership in good time. I have been coming to Scott Robinson Honda for 10 years and 2 cars ( both Honda's) and I have received excellent service from Albert Diaz. The service consultant Albert Diaz took my car & I show him the issues with my car. I specifically mention the issues & he acknowledged the sound from the car. I ask Albert to call me when he found the problem to the car, so I can get a rental, because I do have a service contract from Honda & new car warranty. I wait 4 hours before I decided to call & leave message. I left few messages on his line and cell.2 hours later I give him another call & no answer. So I came over & talk to him, he said that he was very busy.I mention to him that I need to know if the repair covered under warranty so my rental is reimbursed. He replied that still might not work, because the corporate Honda & Scott Robinson may not approve it. While the service contract says otherwise & I'm entitled to a rental car no min. hours & no prior auth. During my visit Albert tells his co workers near his station, there are an accident around the corner they need to "see". Some of them do went and abandon their station just to see the accident. That is very unprofessional considering how busy they were at the time.My car front axel is fixed but the rest of the issues are still present, but Albert convince me that they are non issue. I didn't come back, because I don't think I want to go back to Scott Robinson Honda after what happened that day.I try to address my concern to the service manager, but never receive a call back but his voice mails.Very disappointed. I would like to say that my first car buying experience was a great one and that was all due to Niko Enfiedjian. I visited Scott Robinson Honda just to take a look at their used cars and was introduced to was a great one and that was all due to Niko Enfiedjian. I visited Scott Robinson Honda just to take a look at their used cars and was introduced to Niko. He was very kind and patient with me while looking at different cars. He was also very upfront and honest on the financial end of things. He was more concerned with me finding a car that worked for me financially other than just trying to sell me a car. The customer service was outstanding. In the end Niko helped me find the best car that fit my budget perfectly. He filled my car up with gas and made sure all of the settings on my car were set just the way I wanted them. Niko went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to Niko at Scott Robinson Honda. He's the best. More
