Bait and Switch Received specific quote over the Internet via email for a CRV lease. When I went to the dealership (after spending two hours there) I was told that they could not do the deal. I asked to have the sales manager call me. No call. I sent a letter to the General Manager asking for a call. Crickets. Called again and was told that in spite of the specific quote received that they would not lease me the car at that price. I am considering legal action. More
Customer-Oriented Dealership I was ready to buy a 2015 CRV EX FWD. I did my research at numerous review sites, Edmunds, and TrueCar. After a truly horrible experience at another d I was ready to buy a 2015 CRV EX FWD. I did my research at numerous review sites, Edmunds, and TrueCar. After a truly horrible experience at another dealership, I decided to try Scott Robinson. I contacted the Internet sales department and receive a good quote. The color I wanted was not in stock, but one was on the way. The salesman agreed to hold it for me, and to not allow any dealer AddOns to be installed. When the car arrived, I went in to purchase it. The salesman went off the get the paperwork and as I was about to sign, I see an additional $800 in the price for the dreaded ProPack. This package consists of a set of wheel locks (MSRP about $50), cargo tray (MSRP about $150) and mud guards (MSRP about $100). When I objected, saying that had promised not to install any AddOns, the salesman said (1) they put the package on every car that came on their lot and (2) the dealership would lose money at the quoted price. I felt they were reneging on a promise and that the price they wanted for the ProPack far exceeded MSRP. After some negotiations, we agreed on a price that was more than I initially expected, but one I could live with. After purchase, I discovered a flaw in a window seal and flaws in the paint finish. The service and body departments, once shown the issues, did a good job in fixing them. They were kind enough to provide me with a loaner car for the few days they needed to service the CRV. More

Costumer service Im here at Honda to have my punctured tire replaced or repaired. These two serviceman Frank and Fadhi just turned me off and told me that my tires are Im here at Honda to have my punctured tire replaced or repaired. These two serviceman Frank and Fadhi just turned me off and told me that my tires are not covered even when I have Honda care Sentinel! How can they do that without even checking it out in the system for me or calling Sentinel? I was furious and I called Sentinel myself (instead of them calling for me) and have them talk to Fadhi! Now they are dealing with my tire! The thing is, I pay my monthly due on time, I got my CRV here and bought protection that they sell us for the car and I always come for service for many years and these two guys just spoil it for me. They should not keep these people! More
