Outstanding customer service!!!! When you think of going to a dealership, you think im going to get taken advantage of. Or at least that's how I've always viewed it. I have never had an experience where I left a dealership and thinking to myself, WOW! I'm blown away at the customer service and care that I was given. Knowing that they had my best interest and didn't want to just "sell me a car" makes me reconsider my views on a dealership. My sales rep, Kubilay, took the information I gave him, and met EVERY need that I had. He spent hours making sure that I was comfortable, happy, and positive that I was making the right decision. He didn't try to put me in something I couldn't afford. He brought me everything I described that I needed to meet my highest standards. I definitely gave him the run around but he never stopped pleasing me and doing it with a smile! When I reached finance to sign all the documents, Tamer, continued to express the outstanding customer service that Scott Robinson Honda had to offer. He really made sure that I had everything that would benefit me while keeping me safe and happy with the vehicle at a price I was comfortable with! I truly appreciate the courtesy and genuine respect I received from the staff. I will definitely be stopping in to say hi from time to time! Great job guys! To do service on my car was quick and hassle free I had a wonderful experience at SCOTT ROBINSON HONDA I went in to to do service on my car I was help fast and no waiting time which in another dealer I had a wonderful experience at SCOTT ROBINSON HONDA I went in to to do service on my car I was help fast and no waiting time which in another dealer I've had to wait more than 30Mins to see someone. I did the service that my car needed with no pressure to do anything else which was stress free I've been to other dealers where they pressure you to do other services to your car because they are almost due and they make you feel like you are not taking appropriate care of your car if you don't do it. Neither the less I was alone with my two kids so the waiting area was the best they had fresh cookies with my daughter loved !! Free fresh coffee machine with variety of selections that I enjoyed! Lol and a big tv that my 9 month old found fascinating.. all of that made my time there fly by thank you guys great job!! More
Wait, Wait, Wait..... for nothing. We found a car on Truecar.com that seemed to be everything we wanted, but the price was a bit high. We called and the internet rep, Anil, said that t We found a car on Truecar.com that seemed to be everything we wanted, but the price was a bit high. We called and the internet rep, Anil, said that the car was still available and he would check with us on Friday before we drove up from San Diego. We decided to go up on Thursday instead and called to tell two of the salesmen that we were heading up, We called two numbers, emailed, spoke with one rep who said he would call back in 10-15 minutes ( he didn't) and left messages for everyone else. ON the way up from San Diego, ( an hour and a half after I called) one of the reps called back to say that he would pull the car off the front line so it would be there when we got there. We told him we were on our way and would arrive in about 45 minutes. We got there and no one was at the front desk. After about 10 minutes someone came and said she'd call him down and he would be right down. About a half hour later we walked over to find out what was happening and he had just arrived, having been "out to lunch". One would think he would have mentioned that or the front desk person could have told us, but no. Finally, we got to see the car. We went back to talk about the price and he left saying he would see if he could bring it down $1000 or $2000, he didn't return for another 1/2 hour or so, Two (still warm!) chocolate chip cookies later, a few hot chocolates , a walk or two out to answer some questions for ourselves at the car he finally arrived with his "lowest Price" - the price that was listed on the ad! No movement at all! the car has been sitting on their lot for 115 days and not even willing to move on price at all. It was such a waste of time and so disappointing. I really felt as if they must have grown attached to the little car.... Don't waste your time. More
