The car was spotless inside and out but preparation was lacking. The wheel locks that were on the sticker were not on the car and had to be installed after I noticed they were missing. The GPS that was standard equipment was not functioning because the chip had not been installed (I found out an hour after leaving and had to go back). When I returned a salesperson (not my salesperson) did a very professional job and made everything right and went over the infotainment system thoroughly. They sent a driver out to my home so I could pick up the car, that was above and beyond. More
