And they didn't charge me for the service, even though I wasn't a regular customer, and after running into some trouble getting the fill plug out. I was very impressed by the customer service overall, & Gregg Westman was very helpful & straight-forward with me. The issue with my car was a manufacturers issue with the engine which was under an extended warranty, so everything was completely taken care of & they did NOT pressure me to fix anything above & beyond this problem, which I appreciated. Gregg Westman told me they would "take care of me" & they most certainly did! When I dropped off the brand-new loaner car that I was using to pick up my completed car, it was extremely busy in the shop & they were still very quick & very efficient. I am very impressed with the service I received overall & would definitely return here to get my beloved Honda serviced. Thank you, Scott Honda! More

I went in for an oil change and left with a new car! I needed an oil change and while I was there I thought I'd take a quick look at a newer CRV. But I had to be somewhere within a few hours and thought I needed an oil change and while I was there I thought I'd take a quick look at a newer CRV.
