Amazing! Amber is by far the best. I had an issue with one of the cars I delivered on March 11. I told Jerry about it and he contacted Amber. Within a few min Amber is by far the best. I had an issue with one of the cars I delivered on March 11. I told Jerry about it and he contacted Amber. Within a few minutes the situation was addressed. Her and Willy we're able to resolve the issue and fix the problem. As a customer, knowing that when I have a problem, it can be resolved quickly. Scott Honda is very fortunate to have such a great employee with talent and the knowledge to address whatever problem may arise. Amber Blizzard is a great and talented employee. I went to this dealership only for 2 recalls of my car. After waiting longer time than expected for the service to complete, at the end I was informed that they also did oil & filter change (oil life was 2 After waiting longer time than expected for the service to complete, at the end I was informed that they also did oil & filter change (oil life was 20% so no alert yet from maintenance minder) I understand the cost was covered by Honda maintenance pass but the service advisor should have confirmed with customer before commencing these additional services that customer didn’t ask.
