Recently had appointment for oil change and arrived 30 minutes early. There were no other cars in line ahead of me. After waiting almost an hour I questioned why it was taking so long. After 1 1/2 hour waiting and still car hadn’t been moved I told them I was leaving. That isn’t the service I expected from a dealership.
