I have so bad experience for the Toyota Clark dealer service department in Matthews. I drive to hwy and my tire pressure sine start flushing and tire pressure display screen show me nothin except go to service department in Matthews. I drive to hwy and my tire pressure sine start flushing and tire pressure display screen show me nothin except go to dealer and check. I stop and check my tire pressure by my self and all is fine. I go to dealer service because i pay extra warranty to my car and I'm so unhappy to hear i need to pay for diagnosis first around 120$ and than pay extra if my warranty don't covered the parts if i need to replay some. I ask can they tell my its free or not before diagnostic and they say NOOO. Of course I'm go away and try to ask seme question to another company, and that gays spend 5 minute to fixt my problem without any penny. I was left from Toyota service with very unpleasant aftertaste after visiting. They push you to bay extra warranty when you bay car and then you understand you pay for nothin!!! Don't recommend anybody to come to this service for any problem except oil changes., More

I own a 2018 4Runner. My experience started positive with what I thought was an understanding of my issue. After the advice of another shop, Matt said all that was needed My experience started positive with what I thought was an understanding of my issue. After the advice of another shop, Matt said all that was needed was an alignment. Initially, this was a relief. When I took delivery of my vehicle after the service was performed, I still had the symptoms I was concerned about. I immediately returned and found Matt talking to another employee inside. I guess it was close to closing time, and this time, I felt like a nuisance or a bother. No remedy was given, so I attempted to contact Matt through multiple channels. Leaving messages on the website, calling and leaving a voicemail, and calling the Service Department directly. To date, I have not received a response to my inquiry, which occurred a week ago. Please refund for an unnecessary service and I will let my friends know to avoid Scott Clark Toyota. Let's see if this review even becomes public. More
I went for my 15K service which is mainly a tire rotation and system checks. However, I happen to have a tire with a white chalk mark on it. As I was going to my car the next day I realized the chalked tire and system checks. However, I happen to have a tire with a white chalk mark on it. As I was going to my car the next day I realized the chalked tire was in the same place as before I had my car serviced for a rotation. Basically no tire rotation took place. I was told it would take about an hour when I arrived. After maybe 25-30 minutes I received a call from the very nice rep that had checked me in. I was still there, in the waiting room area. She informed me that the technicians suggested I get an alignment but I declined due to time constraints. After declining, still in the phone, I was informed that “my car was ready then” and to come find her at her desk to get my paperwork. Great, I thought, that was fast. As I was waiting at the valet desk for my car to be brought around I was also happy at the thought of the “complementary wash” getting some of the recent storm grind off my cars exterior, especially after seeing other cars going through the auto wash. When my car came around I could see no water had touched it. Now, I’m leasing my vehicle and realize this all was a complementary factory service per my lease. However, after perusing the checklist of tasks completed, which included a tire rotation as being completed yet was not, it begs the question as to what else was simply checked off and not completed. This is still Toyota’s car so to me I would think they would definitely want proper maintenance completed. As I mentioned, the service rep that checked me in/out was NOT the technician responsible for completing the 15K checklist. She was just my contact and she was very nice. I’ve been leasing from Toyota Financial consistently since 2010. I have leased two Camry’s and a different RAV4 than I currently have. I like Toyota for its reliability and have never had any issues along the way. This last maintenance service was not an “issue.” I just felt it should be brought to the forefront being that ny leased vehicle that will more than likely be traded back to Toyota at lease end did not receive the proper upkeep on this past appointment which I was only able to identify due to a chalk mark in my tire. What other maintenance is being passed over is the question I would be asking. More
