The minute you walk in to Scott Clark Toyota Scion, you immediately sense that you are among family. Everyone we encountered seemed to absolutely love their job. I purchased a 2007 used Pontiac Torrent on June 6, 2009. I received excellent service from Mike Black. A month later, I noticed the tires were worn unevenly. On a Saturday I reluctantly went back to the dealer thinking they would tell me I was out of luck, but immediately, Steven Peka assured me that safety was a #1 concern, and to bring the truck in to the service area on Monday. They agreed that the tires were not up to Scott Clark's standards, and replaced the tires. I left the car Tues. pm, picked it up Wed afternoon. I am soooooooooooo happy that they proved me wrong. I bought a Corolla there 3 years ago, came again, and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thanks guys!!!!!!! More
I live in Maryland. I completed an exhaustive search for a specific 2009 Sienna that had all of the options I wanted and found it at Scott Clark's Toyota as a result of the work done by Lance Black. He was a specific 2009 Sienna that had all of the options I wanted and found it at Scott Clark's Toyota as a result of the work done by Lance Black. He was professional as well as personal. Even though I had not met him in person, I felt instantly comfortable with him. He worked very hard to find me the model I wanted and continually kept me in the loop along the way. When the right vehicle was found and a price for it was agreed upon, I flew down from Baltimore to Charlotte. Upon my arrival, Lance was waiting at the airport in his personal vahicle, to pick me up and take me to the dealership because he didn't want me to have to pay the substantial taxi fee from the airport. While at the dealership, I was treated with the same professionalism and personal care from the entire staff as I had experienced with Lance up to that point. The transaction went well and I drove home to Maryland in my new Sienna. I could not have been more pleased with my buying experience. I only wish I lived in the area to take advantage of their service department! Mark C. Rossi More
