Service Call- evaluate leak Michael Redwine, Service Dept was so very helpful as he squeezed me in same day to evaluate my daughter's car. My a/c on my 2013 Nissan recently died so I had no choice but to brin I've had my share of less than stellar service at South Blvd Nissan in the past. Alfredo Zambrano is awesome! We bought our vehicle in Chesapeake Virginia and had a horrible dealer experience. This week we brought the hardware for the towing package that the other dealer was supposed to install for us but didn't, and again Alfredo came to the rescue. I have worked directly with Alfredo Zambrano the most. From the beginning he has made sure the work on my car was done well and at the best price. If I have any questions he is always available to help with a smile. I didn't realize I could rent cars there and he let me know about that this past time when I said we would go that route some. He had me speak to Terrell McElroy and he also was great help. I got better prices than I expected I could. The service and pricing is great at Scott Clark Nissan. Dealerships have always been given a bad wrap as far as what I heard in the past as far as cost of work. I can say this place beats the price and the quality better than I thank most or even all that I have worked with through the years. Also the fact that I feel cared for as a human being and not just another person they are doing work for. I feel respected as a person not just someone that is getting work done at their place. Alfredo has done well by treating me as a valued customer and that is why I presently am very loyal to Nissan and I hope it will be a long term place for me to get our car work done.
