The service coordinator, Kyle, checked me in and I explained that I had been in about one year ago because of warped rotors and they ground them under warranty. He said they would check them out and he would get right back to me. 2 hours later I went to his office to see what was happening. He said he had to pull the technician off my Rogue because he needed him for a bigger job. 4 hours later I went in again and he said the brakes checked out ok and the rotors were warped and not covered under warranty. He never gave any other options about how much it would cost to have them done or anything else. They had not even changed the oil yet. After 4hours and 45 minutes I went out and saw my car with the keys in it and left. Unfortunately I have a service contract with them that is part of my monthly car payment. Nevertheless, I am NOT going back. A couple of years ago the service department was good. Now they are in the toilet!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. More
After having some issues with my vehicle getting power as I press the gas, I had my vehicle towed to Scott Clark Nissan for a full evaluation. The initial evaluation was precise and detailed, then I gave the approval for work to begin. After a day in service with no phone call I reached out to the dealership for an update to find out the car was ready the same day it begun to be fixed. I was instructed to check with the cashier who would have my keys, I could pay there and be on my way. Once I arrived the cashier seemed very occupied and unaware of the situation. As I let her know I was there for a pick up she instructed be to go out to the lane, find my service advisor and retrieve an invoice (all things that could have and should have been done before arrival) which happened to ALREADY be at the counter. So there was waste of 5 minutes or so as I wondered aimlessly to find Caleb. He was the ONLY part about the process that made it less of a headache, until the next day. Eventually I get my keys and the invoice is paid, I was told my car was parked out front which it was not. I clicked my alarm system for 5 more minutes around the parking lot before returning to the service lane and discovering the car was behind the building, completely out of site. Leaving the dealership and returning to my own, after 8 hours of work my car would not crank. I had to have it towed again to eventually find out my battery died. I called the dealership to speak with a manager and was told “the work that was done should not have effected the battery & I should check my battery” & I had not had any prior battery issues. The call came from my service advisor who mentioned he heard my prior call and wanted to offer me advice on my demeanor. It took me almost a week to complete the review b/c i was not sure if i wanted to let it go or let someone know how terrible my experience was & the call to advise me of the survey did not make it any better. Overall, my visit was just okay. My issue was resolved and at this point that’s all that matters. It was not good, not great and definitely not enough to make me want to return for any future business. More

Had some things going on, figured id get the home team to look at it. Within 15 minutes they come back saying I have 11k worth of repairs and am nearing catastrophic engine failure. My only recourse is to utilize the trade in rebate program. I get shoved to a salesman who tells me the only trade in rebate is for a brand new 2020 vehicle. Refuses to listen to my budgetary restrictions. Both the service rider and the salesman insist my vehicle is not safe to drive. My gf shows up to pick me up, and as I decide to leave with my car, the salesman follows us out to the parking lot saying they moved some department money around to get me a lower payment (I still cant afford.) I take my car home and hear nothing from anyone for the rest of the week. Until I get a notification saying that I had a Nissan Care Credit card approved and in my name for 2000 dollars. They opened up a credit card in my name anticipating pushing me into a sale. They opened a credit card in my name. I contacted Synchrony Bank and told them this wasn’t me. They closed the account, removed it from my history, and reported them to the BBB for fraud. The following monday they blow up my phone and seems they are VERY interested in my customer experience. Nissan calls me twice a day for the next two weeks. I take my car to Carmax where I had purchased the vehicle. They take a look at the vehicle and say max, the damage without warranty is 2617. Let me break this down. I was quoted as having 11,499 dollars in repairs with impending car death by Nissan. My repair costs were 2617. That is a difference of 8,881 dollars. On top of the 2000 they signed me up for WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. That’s a total of 10, 881 dollars they tried to put me on the hook for. I have reported and have a case with the BBB and the FTC and full documentation of the experience. When I asked why no other mechanic had found these issues in the last 2 years, they said “They aren’t Nissan certified, they don’t know what they are looking at.” This is blatant dishonesty and cheating. This isn’t hearsay . I have everything on paper. As of now, I am getting texts from Nissan workers asking to communicate with me. Call history. Paper work. This goes beyond the normal sales sleaze. This is straight up xxxxxxxx. But hey, I guess they had to hit those end of years sales quotas, right? This will get buried. But this happens. Nissan, thanks for opening my eyes. Hope your scams work better on others. You are all garbage, and you better triple check your people. but hey. Thats the game isnt it? You're garbage. More
