Great Service Department! I currently own an older Mazda but I take it here because of how well run it is. The service has gotten worse. I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping peopl I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping people, some seating g in there office with now customers,one guy came and told me someone will be with me.My time didn't seem to matter to knowbody but me. I can do better somewhere else. More

I purchased a vehicle in October and the car had a heavy smoke smell as well as cigarette burns & stains in the cushions, I was assured this would be corrected but it wasn't. Months later & the smoke smell smoke smell as well as cigarette burns & stains in the cushions, I was assured this would be corrected but it wasn't. Months later & the smoke smell still lingers & they didn't fix the burn holes as promised nor remove the stains & tried to fill them w a product that was done very poorly & left lint everywhere yet did very little to hide the holes. Mo (the salesman) tried to help as much as he could & he personally scrubbed the seats but that just end up removing whatever filler they put in the holes & stains still remained. He also ordered seat covers but they didn't fit properly & I ended up not being able to use them. I was also given a "lifetime warranty" on repairs and this wknd my engine light came on & the car wouldn't accelerate so I had it towed to the dealership in which I was told the problem was NOT covered (how convenient) under the warranty & I'd have to pay almost $500 to fix it or if I chose to fix elsewhere, I'd have to pay $150 + tax & fees for diagnostic. They force u to send it to them to see if it's covered to be fixed under warranty then charge u for that. I am very dissatisfied w my service & vehicle and when asked can the car just returned the very next day they of course refused because they already had my money. I never got the new car experience due to all the underlying issues they promised to fix but didn't & now after having the car for over 2 mos, it's already having issues. Not sure if they took advantage because I'm a female but I was definitely done unfairly & I'm hoping they rectify this ASAP More
