I recently had the pleasure of visiting Scott Clark Honda of Charlotte and I must say, the service provided by Scott Hall, the service advisor, and the technician (whose name I unfortunately do not know) was of Charlotte and I must say, the service provided by Scott Hall, the service advisor, and the technician (whose name I unfortunately do not know) was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism. Scott Hall, the service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. He listened attentively to my concerns regarding the molding on the right rear off hood, which was popping. Scott took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the steps that would be taken to resolve it. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The technician, whose name I regrettably do not know, did an outstanding job in fixing the problem. The molding on the right rear off hood was repaired flawlessly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail and precision exhibited by the technician truly impressed me. Overall, the team at Scott Clark Honda, led by Scott Hall, provided me with exceptional customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I am grateful for their expertise and dedication in resolving the issue with my car. I highly recommend Scott Hall and the entire team at Scott Clark Honda of Charlotte for their outstanding service. Nothing spoken at signing is included. I was told I had extended maintenance which I do not have. The sales and finance managers verbal statements do not match the contract. Tire rotation is included wherever I purchase tires - but not for me at Scott Clark Honda. At signing , I was told I could split payments- I can’t. I’m so uphappy with the car, service, financing and contract. More

The service writer Paul was outstanding. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the recent recall on my 2018 CRV. There was some type of catalog on display but it was outdated for most models. In the waiting area for service, there was no information or direction for any beverages or snacks. As part of the service writer's job it would be nice to mention this to the customer before entering that area. More
