I came into last week to get some service done on my car and was absolutely impressed. I was referred to this dealership by a good friend of mine, and can I say that I am so glad I took her word. Jimmy Bass was my adviser and was extremely helpful in explaining what I needed done to my car. He used a lot of hand gestures to make sure I really understood what parts he was talking about (which I needed, since I know little to nothing about cars). He also made sure to keep me updated while they were working on my car. When it was time to go and got up to the cashier, I was astonished by how friendly their cashier was. I was told her name was Kelly by one of the other employees, and would like to make it a point to get her wonderful customer service recognized. She was very friendly, personable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working with each individual customer. It might not be much, but she had one of those personalities that sticks with you and puts you in a good mood. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for my service in the future! More

My radio stopped working so when I pulled into the dealership, I asked the young man (Timbo Black) on the lot if he knew what was wrong with it. He asked me a few questions and found out that my batte dealership, I asked the young man (Timbo Black) on the lot if he knew what was wrong with it. He asked me a few questions and found out that my battery went dead the previous day and immediately showed me where the code was in the glove compartment for resetting it. He was friendly,super helpful and made sure that I understood and knew how to reset it If it happens again. I was back on the road and listening to my radio in a matter of minutes! I am extremely pleased with the service that I received and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Mack McCray More

While I was sitting in the waiting area at Scott Clark HOnda I noticed the men coming through there and they were all polite & greeting the woman behind the payment desk which I thought was so sweet. A few minutes later I was reading a book when Timbo walked through the lobby singing "Our God is an Awesome God" and that was the exact words I was reading in my book. After rereading, it was exactly what he was singing. I felt the need to share with Timbo this awesome experience. He was just as amazed! What an awesome God we serve! Thanks Timbo for sharing your faith through your singing, you never know whose life you might impact...keep singing His praise! Jimmy Bass and his team did the work in less time than expected. Another wonderful surprise! More
