Get all work done before you leave Bought a used car with some windshield chips. Noticed them after it was washed leaving dealership. I use to send them customers all the time In March 2018 I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot which I traded my 2007 Honda Accord for which I also purchase from them and I loved that car, had no prob In March 2018 I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot which I traded my 2007 Honda Accord for which I also purchase from them and I loved that car, had no problems whatsoever but with this new car they told me it’s newer better etc. I have taking this truck bk numerous of times and they still want fix it telling me it need new tires but when I bought it they told me they were new and now my wiper motor is gone but only one been working the whole time but it passed inspection so I must of broke it. They don’t want to stand behind nothing unless I’m paying outta my pocket and this is not right it’s no way in six months this car should have all these problems and on top of that I have to fill up every two to three days but it’s nothing wrong with my fuel line either More

Service-Incorrectly charged, failed to contact/correct issue I brought my honda in for service due to some occasional issues with it starting on random instances. They told me i needed a new starter and drive be I brought my honda in for service due to some occasional issues with it starting on random instances. They told me i needed a new starter and drive belt. $794.53 for the starter and $139.26 for the drive belt. Even with applying a 15% discount and $20 off, the total charged didn't make sense. Was charged $964.37? math didn't make any sense on that. I've contacted them 5 times and no response. Since they are a corporate company they don't have the time to sweat the little stuff and they just need to keep plugging away, I can understand that, but customer service is part of the equation when you are operating a business regardless if you are a 1 man operator or a team of 100+. It's not hard to do the right thing.... #dobetter More
