My service technician has been very pleasant in her delivery of charges for service fees when diagnosing 'factory' malfunctioning issues. Is it also the norm to not provide loaners...you need the vehicle for 4 hours?? I don't know if it's the norm, but if it is, I'd rather wait with a dealership that's more accommodating!! More
