Over the past 17 years we purchased three vehicles from this dealership. When we visited on a recent weekday morning (it was not busy at all), we were greated by a very inexperienced salesman who was still this dealership. We asked for the salesman who had helped us on our previous dealings and were informed that he no longer worked there. Their inventory was poor and neither he nor the sales manager on duty that day seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding upcoming shipments. We were surprised when we failed to hear from the dealership within a few days of our visit. In fact, we never heard from them again. Their service facility is very nice and they do good work, but with an independent service facility a mile down the road (Compact Car Service) doing excellent work and undercutting them significantly it is difficult to justify using Crown for service.
