Shirley goes above and beyond when dealing with her customers, before during and after the sale. I have been to other dealerships where once the sale is final that is the last you hear from them. I recently purchased the new Honda CRZ and could not be happier with my purchase. Shirley listened to what I wanted in a car and while I was originally looking at a new Civic the CRZ was the perfect fit of price and features. Shirley setup everything with the sales manager for me. The process was quite painless and quick compared to some other dealerships. Kudos to Shirley and Crown Honda! More

I was referred by Kadijah Harden who recently purchased a Lexus from Crown Honda. I cannot remember the sales managers name...but he was also a VERY nice gentleman. We were not informed of ongoing specials - some accessories were included due to a promotion at the time we bought the vehicle. The louvers on one air vent were broken. Rather then tell us that i accessories were included due to a promotion at the time we bought the vehicle. The louvers on one air vent were broken. Rather then tell us that it needed further repair the louvers were just placed into the vent opening. The next time I tried to adjust the louvrers they fell out just like during the intitial inspection of the vehicle. We were told that detailing on 5 or 7 visits (can't remember which)to the dealership would be included as a promotion but we did not receive any paperwork/booklet for this promotion. I would still recommend Crown because I did not get the impression that the dealership is dishonest. More
There are so many words to describe the service that we received. Arthur and Crystal went above and beyond to service us and make sure our needs were met. We were upside down in our 07 Mazda and tried several dealerships in Charlotte and none of them were able to help us the way Honda has! The deal went smoothly and we had to come back to sign paperwork over again because the interest rate went lower so we were able to get a lower payment than originally signed for. We had such a welcoming feeling that we decided to trade our 2007 Ford in for a Civic and received exceptional service on this visit also. Crystal went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with the test drive right to the final drive off of the vehicle. We were treated like we were family and the atmosphere was very relaxing! We worked with Arthur on this trade also and we also had to come back to sign paperwork due to a lower interest rate and got a lower car payment! We requested to have the windows tinted on this vehicle and they graciously took it and had it done as a "thank you" to us for being returning customers! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and will send customers to them. Our daughter will be graduating soon and we plan to come back when she is ready for a vehicle. More
I have spent the last two months trying to find a Cvic coupe for my daughter. I have talked to, either via internet or by phone, or face to face to many Honda salespersons in NC, GA, and SC. Most were somewhat helpful, but many tried to sell me something other than what I wanted. A couple of dealerships pulled the old "bait and switch" after tentative deals had been reached. One after they had secured a deposit. Finally I made contact with Paul at Crown Honda. We made a deal within a few hours on the exact car I wanted. I saved alot of money as well. When I went to pick up the car I was greeted warmly by staff and treated great by everyone, especially Paul Stachura. I am 51 years old and have bought many new cars, 6 of which were Hondas. Paul stands heads above any salesman I have ever dealt with. A man of high integrity, very honest, friendly and a true pleasure to deal with. Thank You Paul. More
I had to pay $499 to Crown Honda to service my vehicle (a 2007 Honda Fit) when I purchased it out of the lease. My husband is a mechanic and was not allowed to service it himself (which he would have been ab 2007 Honda Fit) when I purchased it out of the lease. My husband is a mechanic and was not allowed to service it himself (which he would have been able to do for a 10th of the price) as they are assuming liability. That's fair enough. BUT what does the $499 cover? 4 weeks later with my new baby in the car - my car started to make strange noises when I applied the brakes. When my husband heard it he said the brake pads were gone....we looked with a flashlight, and sure enough there was less than 1/8" of pad left. We were told today that the $499 does not cover them looking properly at the brakes. It does not cover them removing the wheels - no tire rotation, no wheel balancing, no alignment, no proper checking of brakes for $499. It basically seemed to be a basic inspection ($30) and oil change for $499. So before you buy any used car from them, make sure you have your own mechanic look it over to ensure it is safe to drive. My husband and I relied on their service this time and have regretted it. $499 for a service that doesnt cover a basic safety item - will never never trust a car dealership again. From now on my husband is the car's only mechanic...if a dealership ever needs to be involved again for any reason I want my mechanic there to see what work they perform and that it is up to standard. $499 for an inspection and glorified oil change .....UNBELIEVABLE & UNSAFE How many other used cars of theirs have little to no brakes left??? More
Both Bill Swart (Sales) and David Britigan (F and I) were very pleasant and good communicators. I felt cared about and that they were very professional and informative in my experience there. Bill and David both knew what they were talking about and I felt that they were taking me along the steps of the sales with a lot of skill. Bill went on the test drive and was personable and very helpful. He knew the product and stated so. I would recommend Crown Honda to anyone as they treated me so well.
