Stopped in initially to ask about new Durango. Was informed a model fitting my needs was a demo currently being used by the owner of the dealership. I was told I would receive a call the following day with the details. I should have known better when I didn't receive a call. I stopped by anyway. Upon inspection of the vehicle I decided I was uninterested. It had quite a few scratches and was smoked in. The salesman told me it wasn't smoked in it was just an empty cigar tube. I asked him to explain to me why there were ashes all over the dash then. I decided I would rather pay more and get a new vehicle, not a demo. When I told him I was uninterested in this particular Durango, he promptly scolded me for wasting his time. He then walked back into the showroom cursing under his breath. Very professional indeed. You would think he would have wanted to sell a $40,000 vehicle. More
