tried to make an appointment to get my seat repaired i wanted a date and time and the man told me to bring the car in well i asked for a date and time and he told me that they would have the car for SEV wanted a date and time and the man told me to bring the car in well i asked for a date and time and he told me that they would have the car for SEVERAL DAYS and i could not make an appointment for a specific date and time all i got from the service man was that i could bring in my NEW vehicle for just a seat issue and they would have it for days and days in other words bring a new vehicle in for a seat issue and they would stack my vehicle in back and get to it in a few days well needles to say i did not leave my vehicle i went to another dealer and made a time and date for them to address the issue of seat if u buy a vehicle from this location be sure and talk with service department they will not make an appointment for repair no date and no time JUST WILL HAVE VEHICLE FOR DAYS AND DAYS they r other places that make appointments for repair service cannot believe that chevrolet lets the dealer treat their customers like this we talking about a new vehicle More
Sitting here now waiting for my oil change. I had an appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:15. It is now 12:15 they have not started I just asked they said I was next. My wife and I were Extremely satisfied with the purchase of our new vehicle and and grateful to our Sales Rep Casey. With the heat during the day and us and the staff having to wear face mask, we were in an of our new vehicle and and grateful to our Sales Rep Casey. With the heat during the day and us and the staff having to wear face mask, we were in and out in just a few hours. The salesman kept telling him that the manager was working on that, and they would let him know later that day (for two consecutive days). Today (day three) the salesman wouldn't reply with a quote, so my son called the manager. It seems that they were also working the deal with another customer, and sold the pickup last night. Our family will never buy a vehicle from this dealership. More

Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication as well as cooperation I’ve now been stuck with an auto loan that Scoggin-Dickey never paid off. 9 months later, my credit is now damaged, and the lender is looking for a vehicle I don’t have in my possession. Somehow Scoggin-Dickey was able to sell the vehicle without paying off my loan. Fraud? Time to file a consumer complaint with the office of the attorney general. Consumers please read your financing paperwork word for word. I honestly believe my case was unique and hope that this never happens to anyone. More
