I wish all car sales went as smoothly. Trung Tran was very, very nice. Answered all questions and went out of his way to show how everything worked. I wish I could clone him. Then everyone could see what a great experience we had when buying our new Scion Xb at Toyota of Santa Monica. I called him to make sure the car was still available, and didn't realize the time change, Daylight savings time, meant I was calling him very early on a Sunday morning, he had given out his personal cell number in the email he sent me. He was very nice, didn't even mention the early call. It wasn't until I spoke to him and hung up, that I realized I had called him so early. But he never mentioned it or got upset. Drove down there, did a test drive and went in to sign the papers. We were on our way with our new car. I recommend them highly! More
