On my first day of new car shopping, I was visiting a dealer near Schwartz Mazda to test drive a different car. The Mazda 3 was on my list of cars that I wanted to test drive, but I only went to Schwartz dealer near Schwartz Mazda to test drive a different car. The Mazda 3 was on my list of cars that I wanted to test drive, but I only went to Schwartz Mazda that day, because it was a mile from where I was - it was not my closest Mazda dealer. I met Ann, and test drove the car, and told her when I left that if I decided to purchase a Mazda, even though she was not the closest dealer to me, that I would come back and buy the car from her - and I did! I did all of my research online, and knew what I wanted to pay for the car. I just had such a positive experience with her during my first visit that I really wanted to purchase the car from her. And the experience was about as pleasant as shopping for a new car can be. When my lease is up, should I decide to go with another Mazda, I will return to Schwartz Mazda and to Ann. In the meantime, I just love my shiny new red Mazda 3 hatchback. More

Buying a car is one of the most stressful experiences you will ever have to go through. Daryll and the people at Schwartz Mazda took a lot of the stress off and actually made this an enjoyable event (as it s will ever have to go through. My wife and I were looking for a new CX-7 and had already been to two dealerships and could not get the deal we wanted. I looked at the Mazda website for additional dealers and Schwartz was one that was listed so we decided to stop by on Saturday mornning. We were looking at a CX-7 outside the showroom when the salesman came out. He was very polite, introduced himself and asked if he could help us. we told him what we were looking for and he suggested we step into the showroom where he had one on the floor and it was a little warmer. After going over everything with us he brought up a car for us to test drive in the color we had chosen. Once back at the dearlership we sat down to talk numbers. At first attempt he was close to our number but not what we wanted. After a few times back and forth we were able to agree on a price that was exactly where we wanted our payments to be. There was very little pressure and everything was handled in a professional manner What made this exchange even moreenjoyable was that our salesperson did all of the negotations. The manager never came out to talk to us, and everything was done by the salesperson. The only other person we spoke to was the finance manager, who also put no pressure on us and did not try and up-sell us. I would highly recommend this dealership and their professionalism. More
We came to purchase a car we saw advertised on the internet, optimum t.v. and auto shopper three different prices. We arrived and were offered the most expensive of the three. We calculated what our payments would be for this particular car, including tax and a high interest rate (we were told that our interest rate would be about 13% due to our so/so credit, by another dealership) we came up with payments of approx $185 per month with $2,000 down and 60 months. The salesman asked me if we got to that payment would you be ready to buy I told him I have $2,000 on me and am ready he then brought us into see the finance manager, although he said "he is like the substitute teacher" can not recall his name (African America gentlemen.) He informed me that those payments couldn't be attained due to the fact that "the bank is like a legal loan shark and that OUR PAYMENTS would be at least $400 per month. He refused to tell us the interest rate, so we left. We came home and used your websites "calculation system" with those payments our rate would be somewhere in the 30%. The only conculsion we could make sense of was that your dealership was trying to make alot of money on this deal. Not only did they want to sell a car and make money, they wanted to legally steal from us! This was a car we were going to buy for our 16 year old son. This was a very disappointing experience, I would never reccomend anyone come to your dealership. More
Smaller Mazda Dealer since its shared with Chrysler. This could be a reason why they are very focused on each customer. They are always friendly. Never look to up sell any service package. They offer at times to wash the car while it was in service. They also at times, apply coupons that I don't have for a particular service or when I'm servicing the car for multiple items. Truly one of the rarest professionalism in the auto servicing. I will keep coming back to Schwartz because of the treatment received, especially being a younger customer. Noel knows how to treat younger customers and is hands down, a great person to deal with. Also, compared to other bigger volume dealers, Schwartz has always provided me with a loaner if I request one prior to bringing the car for service. Other bigger volume dealers, could care less. Also appreciate their comment cards about whether you are satisified with the service and rate them. Technicans are also great and personable. They also tend to put the same technican on your car on a regular basis. This builds a bit of trust and confidence as a consumer, especially if there are any problems with the car. They also update any recalls automatically on the car while its in service. Lastly, the techs park the car backwards in the parking space, making it easier for the customer to drive off. More
